Collage for leadership opportunities, unity and development (CLOUD) was established as a district level not-for-profit, non- religious, non-ethnic and non-political NGO. CLOUD was registered in 2000 under community development registration ordinance as. “wranga development organization” initially. CLOUD was established by highly qualified and development professionals of Loralai district after their deep experience in development sector and profound insight of ground realities of the region and its environment.

The pioneers of the organization initially preferred not to register the organization till ample maturity and experience is gained before giving it a legal status. After having gained enough experience in development sector and close contacts with community and understanding of ground realities.

Later on the organization was renamed as “collage for leadership opportunities, unity and development” to expend it’s activities and geographic scope, and was registered in Societies registration act: 1860 as national NGO in 2015.

Initially the organization focused on human resources and capacity building. For that purpose the organization launched a study circle under its capacity. The study circle was a very interesting activity comprising of lectures and group discussion among the professionals of a specific subject. Other people were invited to attend the study circle for gaining broader knowledge and vision about critical issues and hot topics. All the audios of the above said activity were recorded and kept in a log. The organization celebrated the international days currently observed by united nation.
